Tony Watt lives, breathes, studies and works with organisational culture and change management. It has been a focus of his career for many years, and his doctorate from The University of Queensland (2009) focused on the sociology of change that drives human behaviour.

Tony is now a national circuit speaker and media commentator on organisational culture, executive team development and organisational change management.
